90 day warranty on all light bars only. Warranty covers the led lights, circuit board and lighting mechanism and does not cover broken lenses, damaged or faded housings, endcaps, brackets or stripped out bolt holes and threads. Light must be returned to me postage prepaid, I will inspect the light, and return repaired or replaced at my option and shipping will be prepaid on this end. If parts are in house, it will be repaired and returned promptly, if parts have to be ordered, BE PREPARED FOR AT LEAST 2 WEEK TURN AROUND AS PARTS ARE ONLY SHIPPED WHEN ORDERED.
I will need a picture of the light prior to returning, some testing procedures on buyers part may be required to determine the issue, and all returns must have a return order number. BUYER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING AND WE PAY SHIPPING BACK TO CUSTOMER.
Any housing damage voids warranty.

1. Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty and is valid from the original date of purchase. All products must be bought through an okledlightbars Authorized Dealer or one of their dealers/resellers.
2. Improper installation, accident, abuse, neglect and normal wear are not covered under warranty.
3. Lights operated in environments over 120o Fahrenheit are not covered under warranty.
4. Warrantied items will be repaired to working condition and returned without cosmetic alterations.
5. Warranties should be handled through the dealer/reseller the product was purchased from, customer is responsible for delivery to said dealer.
6. If product is not under warranty, customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.
7. Additionally, non-warrantied items can be repaired at the customer's expense of parts and labor, at the discretion of okledlightbars.com, who will provide an estimated repair cost before proceeding with the repair.
How to Return your Lights:
1. You will need to contact okledlightbars.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RA #). This number is what you will use to track your return all the way through the process.
2. The product will need to be securely packaged with an RA # clearly labeled on the outside of the box.
3. Ship to okledlightbars at the address given with your RA#, postage PREPAID, any COD will be refused at delivery attempt.
4. Once okledlightbars.com receives the product and assess the product you will be notified via email.
5. okledlightbars.com will test and repair the light back to optimal working condition.
6. okledlightbars.com will ship back the light to you free of charge.
MOISTURE IN THE LENS IS A DIRECT RESULT OF NOT TIGHTENING THE FACE SCREWS FROM TIME TO TIME. THE SCREWS ARE NOT FOR LOOKS, THEY ARE AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE LIGHT AND YOU MUST PERIODICALLY TIGHTEN THEM. ALL LIGHTS ARE SUBMERGE TESTED PRIOR TO DELIVERY TO ENSURE WATER RESISTANCE. BEFORE CONTACTING US FOR A MOISTURE ISSUE TIGHTEN ALL THE SCREWS ON THE FACE OF THE LIGHT, 99.9% OF THE TIME THIS FIXES THE PROBLEM.
